You are not required to provide any location information to use the App's core features.

Camera Access

The App requires access to your device's camera solely to scan product barcodes. We do not capture, store, or transmit any images or video from your camera beyond reading barcode data.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

Retailer API Services

When you scan a product, we send barcode data to retailer APIs (Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, eBay, and potentially other retailers in the future) to retrieve pricing information. These requests contain only the product barcode, not your personal information.

Service Providers

We use third-party services to operate the App, including:

• Google Firebase (authentication and database services)
• Google Cloud Platform (hosting and infrastructure)

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, users, or others.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and scan history for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at fabiandemiro@gmail.com.

Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information from our active databases within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or legitimate business purposes.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
